Reboot Automatically.

My Windows 2000 server starts up with this
message "LSASS.EXE Terminated Unexpectedly with Status
Code 128". It will reboot the machine within 1 minute.
pls help.
 
Try this,
Boot your computer with Win2k cd and select repair option
to repair your OS. It might resolve that file problem.
Have you tried to delete that file and copy from the CD?
I think repair option would be the best.
