reapplying sp4

I am having a problem with my Win2k server bluescreening every other day.
The bluescreen always mentions ntoskrnl.exe as the process having the issue.
Could reapplying service pack 4 help? Once I reapply, I am assuming I would
have to reapply all the updates since sp4. Will Windows Update find all the
updates so I don't have to download them individually?

* Doubtful. Almost always a hardware and or driver issue.

Once I reapply, I am assuming I would

* Yes it should install them.

thank you for responding....I am at a loss because I have updated every
driver, bios, firmware...etc. I also ran a full hardware scan using HP
SmartStart and it was clean...any suggestions? thanks

This sounds like a timing problem. Two processes accessing a common
object (disk?) or memory speed problems. Are you overclocking? For
starters, go into your BIOS and restore the factory default settings.
