Why did Defender detect VNV as spyware? It definitely is not!

Why i can't select "always Ignore" (not available) instead of "Ignore"?

Engine Version: 1.1.1185.0

I've been able to choose always ignore for the vnc variants that I've found
so far.

This software should be detected--in some cases, it can be in place and
active without notice to the user.
