I am having all sorts of problems with Real One Player. I had to format my cd
due to severe driver problems and now I cannot put Real One Player back onto
my computer.

When I go to install Real One 10, it stops at the point where it says "
configuring network systems" then says that it "cannot execute command."
Then when I went to a site that has real one player listening divices and
tried to see what would happen if I tried to listen to Real One Player, I
noticed that it said that "A specified path does not exist" which means that
I have to type a path in order for Real One Player to be downloaded onto my
computer.

Does anyone know HOW or WHAT I can type into command prompt which would
allow my Windows NT/XP system to accept the dowloading of Real One Player?

ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated as I am desperate to listen to my Real
One Player again and download music.....

Some advice: Uninstall Real One Player or anything from Real
Networks. It's nothing but trouble and acts like spyware. If you
must play Real Media, download and install "Real Alternative" instead.

Download from here:

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Real_Alternative.htm

By the way, it's also free.

The only problem I have running Real 10 Player is it's
network to attach to obtaining gaming information to my
Real Arcade will not overcome XP's Firewall, I simply
configured my Real Arcade to not load the gaming
information, and everything works fine.

Agreed. Get rid of the spyware of REAL and install something else. I have
used WinAmp, but even aWindows Media Player 10 is better than REAL anything.

I have solved my problems. My brother's friend from USC who is a computer
whiz advised me to simply re-install my copy of Windows XP. It worked! But, I
WILL think about using something else other than Real One Player in the
future though. Thanks for both of your comments though.....
