ReadyOn vs. Hibernate

My management has asked me to evaluate the ReadyOn fastboot product.

I have already tried the fastboot via hibernate facility in XPe and
achieved a significant speedup in boot time.

Does ReadyOn offer any advantages over this?

Since no one else responded I'll try to help here. I'm not too familiar with
ReadyOn but from a presentation I attended on it last year it appears to be
more flexible than HORM.
