It may not be the flash drive, it may simply be coincidental that it now
crashes. You need to check the information in the BSOD, does it reference
anything? Second, check the Event Log under Administrative Tools as there
should be a number of references as you've had this crash a number of times.
The log may reveal something about the source of the issue. This being a
blue screen error, may be related to some drivers or something you might
recently have updated.
Go to Control Panel/System and Maintenance/System/ advanced system
settings/starup and recovery, and uncheck automatically restart ...
Then next time have the exact message, or better yet, do a search with the
message in Microsoft Knowledge base or Google it yourself.
