I'm using ReadyBoost on my CF 2GB with Transcend card reader. It works
well. However, when I temporarily remove CF card from the reader and
re-inserted after a while, it seems that Vista can't recognize already
created ReadyBoost file in the CF. So, I have to format CF, and enable
ReadyBoost again. It's quite bothering task. This also means that my
history of program usage also deleted.

How can I make Vista to continue using existing ReadyBoost file?

Thanks,

It seems to me the cache on the CF wouldn't be relevant anymore because
it couln't be updated?
