Reading pane

How can I turn off the "pop up" reading pane of messages, not the regular
reading pane, but the ones tha pop in during any program you are working on,
stay visible for a few seconds then fade out?
 
Hi,

Go to Tools>Options>Preferences tab, click Email Options and then
clickAdvanced Email Options. Under When new items arrive in my Inbox,
unselect the options that you don't need.
