Reading pain options?

Hi,

I'm running Outlook 2003 in my office with an Exchange server backend. When
I look at the reading pain on my system I see some of the header information
listed at the top of the message, who the message is from, the recipient
list and the date the message was received.

Problem is that when I look at other user's setup none of that information
is there. I've searched all over the options for OL but I can't seem to
figure out how to make it visible. I know I did it on my system but can't
remember what I did. Any one know what I'm talking about and how to turn it
on?

Thanks in advance,
Linn

Ah, Ok I found it again. It's under View | Arrange By | Custom | Other
Settings, then you turn on or off the Hide Header Information checkbox.

But now I noticed that on my system there is a little round button by the
sender's name in the Reading Pane. If I click it I get a drop down list of
actions to perform against that user. Things like; Send Mail, Sign in to
instant messeging, Add to Outlook Contacts, Look up Outlook Contact...

Of course this doesn't appear on my user's computers, just mine. Again, I'm
sure I had to have turned something on but I don't recall what. If anyone
knows what I'm talking about I could use a reminder.

Thanks,
Linn
