Reading new mail with keyboard shortcuts

I have disabled the review pane for oblivious reasons. I have severa
folders into which mail is organized via the Rules

When I am viewing new unread mail, I navigate it using the CTRL+
keyboard shortcut. But this shortcut only views unread mail in tha
particular folder and not all the Mail folders. Is there a shortcu
to read all unread mail

I just migrated from Thunderbird
 
As answered earlier, no. If you use Outlook 2003, try search folders - they
can be sorted by folder.
