Read Only Task folder

Tasks in the All Public Folders area: If I open a Task up, I want it to be
read only to anybody else who opens it. How do I accomplish that.

I'm trying to avoid these conflict errors.

If you right click the folder choose Properties > Permissions > you can set
up Permissions with various privileges
