Read only option

I need help.

How can I remove the Read Only option mark in one folder
in Windows 2003 Srver. When I deselect this option (its
in gray) and click Ok to accept the changes, the next
time I want to see if the option was deselected´and I see
that the option doesn´t dissapear.

Any clue???
