Read-Only File?

Hello

Pls help me on this. How to open a file that prompt "File should be opened as read-only unless you need to save changes to it. Open as Read-Only?" If answer "No", changes can be done in the same file & saved using the same filename. Thank you.
 
If you want to make changes to that workbook, then choose "no".

If you want to view it and not save any changes to that workbook, then choose
"yes".

If you're asking how can you turn this on or off, it's under:

File|SaveAs|Tools|General Options (xl2002+ wording)

File|SaveAs|Options (pre xl2002 wording)

There's a little checkbox at the bottom of that dialog.
