Read only error

when I try to open a file I get an error message:
The file cannot be accessed. The file may be read only or
in a read only location. I have accesed this file on
numerous occasions previously and have not had this error
message before.

Peter,

No big deal if it says that its a read only just click in
the top left corner to select all and then copy and paste
it into a new file. Then resave it...problem solved. I
know its odd that its happens its happened to me too.

Phil,
If Peter is having the same problem I am, he can't open
the file at all, much less copy and paste it. I'm
wondering is this problem has something to do with one of
the viruses going around. It has been happening with more
frequency lately.
