You can navigate to C:\WINNT\system32, right-click snmp.exe, and select
properties to get the version. Also, you can dig through the registry editor
and find a wealth of snmp info at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SNMP
