re publish web - help needed please

when i click on file/publish web i get a box asking me for ENTER PUBLISH
DESTINATION but i don`t know what i have to type into that box - please can
someone hep me - i have already made my webite using frontpage and just need
to upoad it now

You have to type in the place you want to publish it to. For example, it
could be ftp://www.mysite.com or ftp://www.mysite.com/mydirectory (if you're
using FTP to connect and you want to put it at either the root of the site,
or in a subdirectory). Basically, it's the URL where your site goes. You may
have to talk to whoever will provide you hosting to make sure, such as your
internet provider if you are hosting on their server as they may have more
specific instructions.

If the FP server extensions are installed, use:
http://www.mydomain.com (using your web name)

If using ftp, ask your host for the proper path.

i rang ntlworld and was told what to type in but it still won`t work - but
when i used terrapin which is provided by ntlworld it was easy to use and
worked fine but it was on a free trial and has now run out - is there a
similar prog that is free for me to download and use please
