Re-post - Log files in :\Windows\Debug Folder ???

Does anybody else have these three .log files ?

(drive):\WINDOWS\Debug\oakley.log 0 bytes

(drive):\WINDOWS\Debug\oakley.log.sav 0 bytes

(drive):\WINDOWS\Debug\PASSWD.LOG 0 bytes

What are they ?

Only one of them can be deleted, and it returns on reboot.

Yes, we've all got them. And if you routinely delete files to see if
they'll come back, without knowing what they are (the fact they are zero
bytes notwithstanding) you soon won't have a working system.
