Hello,
I understand that it is recommended to re-name and password protect the
Built-In Administrator Account, the Account with Administrative Privileges
and the Guest Account.
I have no issues concerning password protection but request clarification
with respect to re-naming the accounts.
Currently, in the Computer Management panel:
The 'Full Name' for both Administrator and Guest accounts is not displayed
(blank space).
The 'Description' for Account with Administrative Privileges is also not
displayed (blank space).
My questions:
1) Should I create a (meaningless) 'Full Name' for both Administrator
Account and Guest Account or should the spaces remain blank?
2) When re-naming Administrator Account and Guest Account, should the
'Description' for these accounts be altered as well so as not to reveal the
accounts true nature?
3)Should I create a (meaningless) 'Description' for the account with
Administrative Privileges or is 'blank space' adequate?
4) Currently both Built-in Administrator Account and Account with
Administrative Privileges are enabled.
Should the Built-In Administrator Account be disabled?
TIA.............Mel
