re my contacts problem

I posted a message re my problem importing contacts into Win Mail.
Here is some further input. I deleted all the contacts from Win Mail
Contacts (they were from the wrong file).
Now, whenever I try to import the correct contacts file the old one
reappears instead. How can I make it stay away once it has been deleted?

Try opening Windows Contacts from the start menu and see if you can delete
them there and if WinMail then recognizes that.
