Re-installing WinXp Device Error

I am recieiving an error on a device (I have no idea what
it is ) SM BUS Conroller. When it tries to load it
cannot find a driver to work with so errors.

1) what is it?
2) what do I have to do to get it installed correctly?

Visit the support website of the manufacturer of your computer
or motherboard and download the motherboard chipset drivers
and install them.
