re-install windows mail?

I have been having some problems with windows mail and would like to know if
it can be re-installed. I might have deleted something by mistake.

Windows Mail is a part of Vista and very hard to uninstall or reinstall
without
doing the same to the rest of Vista.

However, it sometimes helps to remove all the accounts under Windows
Mail, then restart Windows Mail and add the accounts again.

Problems in Windows Mail are often caused by interference from antivirus
programs. If the above does not cure your problems, what if any antivirus
programs do you have?
