When I have an email that prompts me to click on a link to a web address, I
keep getting an error notice from Windows that states it can't do the task.
As I have firefox as my explorer I don't know why this keeps happening. I
have windows vista and I am unable to change defaults for email browsers or
does anyone know how to change the defaults?

I will try out all of the methods you suggested and hope for the best.
