Re-establishing an email address

Hi,

My old PC went down and I've got a new one with Vista.

I want to access an email account I'd added with Outlook Express previously.
I can send messages but don't seem to be able to receive them.

Any ideas?

For the best assistance, please post your entire error message, copy/ paste,
as well as the part of your email address after the # symbol.
