My computer randomly reboots for no reason. I have tried
downloading different patches but none of them have
solved the problem. I don't beleive it is a virus since I
have a firewall and an anti-virus program installed. It
also has to randomly shut down programs like Internet
Explorer. Is there a specific patch for this? Could I
need a new battery on the motherboard? I would appreciate
any other ideas? Thanks

HP Pavilion 9694C
Microsoft XP
