re-boot start up

When I turn on the computer, it won't boot up (the screen remains blaci) and
I have to click on the reset button and then it boots up. How do I correct
this problem?
 
Hi Mary:

Bring the computer to a technician and have the power supply tested. If
lucky, you'll need to replace only the power supply.
