Re apply Word Style

G

Guest

Is there a method to "refresh" or "reapply" the styles used in Word? e.g.
reapply after some manual changes were made.

Thank you.

Ctrl+Q will reset text to the default paragraph formatting of the style;
Ctrl+Spacebar will reset selected text to the default font formatting of the
style.

And if you only want to "reapply" a certain style, throughout the document:
-- Replace it with itself using "Edit > Replace" to remove all manual paragraph formatting (... leave "Find what:" and "Replace with" empty).
-- Replace it with "Default Paragraph Font" to remove all manual character formatting.

Regards,
Klaus
