I have re-installed Win XP on my laptop. I activated WinXP after the first
installation. After the re-installation I got the Activation request again
saying I had 30 days to activate the program. Can I re-activate my copy of
Win XP?

Thanks

Harry;
Yes, you can activate Windows XP an unlimited # of times on the same
computer.
Worst case is a 5 minute call to Microsoft.

Yep. I forget how many time you can reactivate before having to make a
toll-free call to Microsoft to do it over the phone (takes about 5
minutes, or less).

It is not really a set number, it is the frequency and changes in hardware
that trigger the phone call activation.
