RDP within RDP

Are there any issues with allowing multiple users the ability to run RDP
sessions to multiple servers from a TS? I haven't been able to locate
anything that mentions whether this is supported, not recommended, etc.

This is perfectly possible, but I believe that there can be an impact
on performance (screen refresh, that is).
