Hello,

After installation of MagTek MTD Device driver (which one is required to
operate and setup MagTek PS/2 magnetic card readers) on a PC running
Microsoft Windows XP SP2, Remote Desktop Connection to this PC stops
responding and this PC halts with screen going blank after remote user
authentication.
No information is being recorded as Application or System events.
It's being caused by MagTek driver, but having no more time to dig out the
source of problem, I've uninstalled it and Remote Desktop to this machine
restored to its normal state.

Regards,
RG

Contact the manufacturer of the device. Some software do break others or
don't get along.

Ok, thanks!
I've just reported this to manufacturer.
Anyway, if happens something like this, a great possibility that it's
because of newly added hardware manufacturer's driver "improper behaviour"
with I/O devices.
Regards,
