.RDP files not auto logging on

I have created RDP files for a autologon to a couple of servers for our group to share... These are located in a secure directory. I set them up with a saved ID and PASSWORD, but they do not work for anyone but me. They work with the exception of passing the user id and password automatically. What can I do to have them work for all of the members in our group?

such a way that only the same user, on the same machine, can decrypt it.
Just teach the users that they type in their password on first
connection, and save it into the rdp file.
