RDP Error

I am experiencing a weird problem. An Exec Assistant works from home and had
been using an external hard drive to store her Outlook .pst file and she
would take this disk back and forth from work. Well, it died a couple days
after I explained Remote Desktop to her. I set up RDP for her, her disk went
to a data recovery place and everything was honkey dorey. Then, on Monday,
data recovery guy restored the data and ever since then RDP does not work. I
get the error:

“The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connections
might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new
connections. It is also possible that network problems are preventing your
connection. Please try connecting later. If the problem persists, contact
your administrator.â€

I have restarted, enabled RDP on both the remote tab on sys properties,
enabled Allow log on with term services in the local GPO, ran System Restore
from an image saved on Sunday when the RDP was functional. Any ideas?

THANKS
