RDP dosen't work with VPN

I have w2k servers at two sites witch is connected by
ADSL and are running the vpn service.
There is no problem to access the net on the other side.
Browsing works, file transfer and printing to both ways.
But RDP and ICA sessions doesn't, there are also some
more programs witch not work. I do not have any packet
filtering. In the small net, there are about 5pc
connecting to the big net witch have all the services,
like DNS etc. There seams not to be a routing problem,
but yet doesn't everything work, why ? and how do I do to
solve the problem. Before I had a dedicated ISDN
connection and RDP and ICA did work fine.

Traffic flow, for the VPN. The ADSL router is default
gateway in the small net, and routes package to the big
net to the VPN server and then back to the router and
over the internet to the VPN server in the big net.
Traffic from the small net to the internet is going
directly thru the ADSL router to the internet.


Small net----w2ks,vpn----Router----ADSL - - (internet) - -
X-line---router----w2ks,vpn----Big net with DNS,WINS etc.


Any ideas will be appreciated.
