RC1 will not accept Product Key

Hi,
I input my product key that I received from Microsoft (the same as the Beta2
one) but RC1 says it's not valid. Is there a process for getting a valid one
from Microsoft?

No there isn't but is your RC1 download the same version as your original
Beta2...i.e. Ultimate...or...? The keys are different depending on the
version of Vista you want.
I believe they are still taking new applications so you could try a brand
new application for a download.
