Yes you will as long as you are at the same address as given on your original
request. However, you may not be able to activate RC-1 unless you have
acivated beta 2. Clever, eh?
I ran across similar information about having to activate Beta 2 or else not
being able to run RC1. That would be pretty stupid, since there are quite a
few of us that can't get Beta 2 installed, much less activated.
I can't remember if it was from Cnet or Ziff Davis, but I seem to recall
hearing the same thing on a pod cast. Probably a rumor started by Dvorak!
Where did you get your information about activation? There is nothing that
I know of that would prevent activation of any product like you describe.
