SP1 RC Problem reporting

CB

I apologize for posting this question in this forum but I am out of options.
I downloaded and installed the Vista SP1 RC. I need to report a problem
caused by the Beta. I have been to the SP1 RC forum seeking information but
none was forthcoming. I have tried to locate any and all forums concerning
this issue but am not having any luck with responses.

I need to report a problem with the RC Beta (it prevents my NOD 32 AV from
loading at startup). I try to download the Beta problem reporting form but it
will not download (an error window appears telling me that the file cannot be
loaded and to try again). It tries to go to a problem reporting webpage but
the page is not available (error window indicating that the webpage cannot be
found).

This is the only problem I am having with the Beta. Other than not loading
my NOD 32 AV and not being able to access the problem reporting form the RC
release works flawlessly.

I would appreciate it very much if someone can provide me with a link to the
problem reporting form as I cannot access the form from within the RC release.

Again, I apologize for posting this query in this discussion group. It is
the only option I have since Microsoft offers no support with Beta software.

Thank you in advance for any replies. Have a nice day.

Have you tried just reinstalling NOD32?
That might solve your problem.

If not, try uninstalling and then reinstalling NOD32.

I also run NOD32, but didn't have that problem. Are you using the latest
version of NOD32, and have you tried re-installing it to see if it continues
not to load at start up?

To Michael and Mike Hall,

Thank you very much for your prompt replies. Yes, I have uninstalled
and reinstalled my NOD 32 but the problem persists. I have checked in Windows
Defender, Task Manager, msconfig and Process Explorer and the NOD 32 is
enabled for startup but the problem persists. I would like to report the
problem to Microsoft but I have no way to do so since I cannot access the
reporting form.

I will just have to live with the problem until the final release of
SP1 is made available. Until that time I will simply have to manually start
my NOD 32.

Thank you again. Have a nice day.
