Ras problem

I have a Win2000 pro sp3 machine with a ISDN modem installed and some ras
connection.
Now when i open a ras connection i cannot see tray icon, i must "refresh"
manually on network connection.
Even on ras shutdown i still view icon but connection is already closed, and
i must "refresh" with F5.

Any help is appreciated.

Ras Server UI is designed such a way that, state will be updated only after
refresh button is pressed.

It is by design.
