RAS periodically drops connection

Does anyone know why a Remote Access Server would drop a
user (always the same user) every15-20 minutes? There are
from 5-8 users dialed in at any given time, but the same
user keeps getting dumped

One reason is an RRAS Policy is matching and selecting a Profile
(perhaps a "test" profile) for this user that is both different from other
users and specifies that timeout (in the Profile.)

Since the same user keeps getting disconnected after some time, this might
be a client side setting?Can you please check the setting "Idle time before
hanging up" on the client side. (Right click on connectoid, click properties
and click on options tab).
