RAS Dial in problem

I checked and the modem shows for RAS. I did a screen
capture of what shows if that is helpful.

Thanks for the advice. I dialed the modem and it is
picking up the call now. I asked that the lady that uses
it try it from the remote location and make sure it works
there as well.
