Random time shifts

I am working with Outlook 2003 and my calendar is frequently shifting many of
my appointments by a few minutes (to 7:04 from 7:00) and then when I try to
go into that appointment it says that it is no longer valid. Closing Outlook
and then re-opening it seems to fix the problem but only temporarily. It is
quite frustrating. Any suggestions?

The CA Antivirus software is doing it.

Actually, I believe it's the CA AntiSpam module, not the AV module.
