Random shut down

I purchased a Pentium 4 computer from Wintergreen Systems in February. The computer would just shut down about 4 times a day without any warning. I contacted them and they sent me a new memory (256) which was installed. It still shuts down. Can anyone help me? My only alternative is to ship it down to Wintergreen from Canada and they won't pay the shipping even though it's under warranty.
