random restarts

My comp restarts when im on certain web pages for some reason. I have the
auto restart box unchecked under system failure and i dont get any error
messages. Some sites work and others wont work at all. An example would be
when I go to comcast.net, it works fine, but then when i click on the "ask
comcast" link and tell my pop up blocker to allow pop ups the computer
restarts. But when i do this with the pop up blocker on other pages its fine.
