I have windows media player and when I click on the icon, it tells me I have
to sign on as an administrator and restart my computer....first of all I am
signed on as an administrator and it still doesn't work.
Also I can't log into sites that I am a member of with Explorer...for
example Iwon.com....I type in my username and password but it doesn't sign
me in.
ALso I am unable to change my home page...I type in a new page and it still
doesn't work.
ALso....I can't disable my pop-up blocker. THere are a few sites that I
want to have the blocker off and I try to turn it off, but it stays on.
Hope you can help.
THanks, JD

Sounds like your system is infected with spyware which may have disabled
Windows Media though group policies. To disinfect your system, scan with
Adaware SE, Spybot Search & Destroy, CWShredder, The Cleaner and as last
resort use HijackThis with the create log option and post it in the
appropriate forum for assistance identifying the results.

Anti-Spyware downloads.
