Random Restarts on my computer

my computer randomly restarts sometimes when im playing
some games, (sometimes) or when i open my mail, or visit
some sites, does anyone know why this is happening and
how i can stop this from happening? please tell me.

I use win xp and this problem doesnt happen all the time,
but sometimes it just turns off and restarts immediatly.

When it happens to find out what is causing it, check the
Event Viewer. To find Event Viewer go to Start, Control
Panel, Administrative Tools; open Event Viewer, then
check in Application, Security, and System for yellow !
triangles or red X'x. The red X's in Application or
System will cause that, it's probably faulting buckets
from a program or system crash. Then double click on the
red X to open it's properties, it will say 'For more
information, see Help & Support, just click on the
highlighted http:, your help & support will open and if
you go online it will bring you to the Microsoft web site
that will help you resolve the problem.
