Random quotes in e-mail signatures

Due to a change in systems at work, I am having to cease using Pegasus Mail (a very powerful e-mail
client) and am having to use MS Outlook (a very pretty e-mail client).

With Pegasus Mail, I had my signatures set to include a "random quote" taken from a specially
formatted file of quotes and saying, etc. This is a feature that Pegasus Mail has had as standard
for as long as I can remember (I have been using Pegasus as my primary work e-mail client since 1995).

Is there any way to include a "random quote" into a Outlook 2003 signature?
