B Brian Tillman [MVP - Outlook] Oct 9, 2008 #5 I ran SCANPST because my outlook crashed. After running the scan and all my folders that I created are gone. Where did they go? Click to expand... That's anyone's guess. In a crash, files don't get closed properly and for database files like a PST, that can be a fatal condition.
