RamDisk driver problems

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a RamDisk z:\ drive. I've been testing AR-Soft's driver
and I occasionally recieve "Incorrect Function" error while accessing it.
has anyone have any expirience with this driver? or maybe any other
recomandation?
if someone has already made a working RamDisk component I'd be happy to get
some info.

found the solution quicker then I tought.
instead of using it as a Ram Disk Drive- choose to emulate as a Local Disk
Drive.

Still, if anyone have any tips on the subject or is using a different
driver, I'd be happy to hear about it.

Microsoft has a sample driver for win2k. It works quite wel, also in winxp.
I don't know if it works in an embedded environment. You may give it a try.
