RAM or Processor (fast gaming)

I have a DELL computer with 18GB and 312RAM, 930MHz. I have a pentium 3
processor. I am wondering what should i do to speed up my gaming. I laready
have an OK graphics card but i want to speed the gaming up. What should i get
RAM or a new processor?
