I am unable to uninstall Quick Time in the "Add /Remove Programs", When I try
to use iTunes it in forms me that QuickTime is an old version, that it can't
be remove, to contact customer support. Can anyone help me????

You can either try installing Quicktime over the top of the copy you
have and then uninstall - or, remove iTunes and download it again but
this time with the latest QT included.
