If you have TMPGenc <free ver> you can get the free *QTReader.vfp*
plugin....You'll have to Google for em as I'm just leaving for Church
and don't have time to look up the links..

Thanks to the two respondents..I was able to cleanly convert to AVI and
to MPG from there. Awesome assistance, appreciated!
