Quicken 2004 premier

I have been unable to launch my Quicken premier 2004 the
last week. All the alarm message says is to contact
Microsoft. How do I proceed?
 
Supply the "exact" error message. We will most likely ask you to contact
Quicken for support. Microsoft can not support their software. But if you
post the "exact" error message we 'might' be able to help.
